Instructions

Step 1
Beef marinade: 1tbsp soy sauce, 1tbsp rice wine, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 3tsp cornstarch
Step 2
Stir fry sauce: 3tbsp rice wine, 3tbsp oyster sauce, 2tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce, 2tsp sugar, 1/2tsp black pepper, 1tsp vinegar
Step 3
Cut beef into strips and add marinade.
Step 4
Heat one teaspoon of oil on pan. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add beef and separate. Leave to cook on one side until brown then flip.
Step 5
Add veggies (optional) cook for a minute then add sauce and cook for another minute.
