Instructions
Step 1
Shift (mix) the dry ingredients in a bowl. Make sure there are no lumps.
Step 2
In a separate bowl combine the milk, eggs, and melted butter.
Step 3
Add the liquids to the dry ingredients and now mix all together with your hand (it will relax you).
Step 4
Now that all the ingredients are combined add in the chocolate chips and fold them in but be care full not to break them up or mush them.
Step 5
Portion into prepared muffin tins.
Step 6
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 7
Lightly sprinkle kosher salt on top of muffins.
Step 8
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
