Step 1
Melt the butter over low heat. Add the salt here or to the flour. At the same time, heat the skillet on medium-low to medium (4 on the Samsung induction). Have extra butter for brushing the pan.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs into the flour until combined then add the water and milk and the melted butter. An immersion blender works good too.
Step 3
Use a ladel to add 1/4c of batter to the pan and immediately swirl it around to get a thin coating. Cook until it just starts to brown before flipping. Top as desired.
