Step 1
1 Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the onion, garlic and cumin and fry gently for 10 minutes.

2 Meanwhile, dice all of the potatoes. Add them to the pan and fry for a further 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking, until the potatoes are lightly browned.
