Instructions
Step 1
Remove the prawn’s head, then peel off the shell, legs and devein the prawn’s body. Rinse with cold water and pat dry.
Step 2
Transfer to the plate and add soy sauce and black pepper. Mix well.
Step 3
Take a wooden skewer and pierce the king prawn from beginning to end, so that it becomes even.
Step 4
On a large pan melt butter, and add olive oil and garlic. Fry prawns on a skewer from each side until ready. Set aside.
Step 5
Mix cream cheese with salt, black pepper, oregano and lime juice. Set aside.
Step 6
Cut avocado in half, deseed and finely slice.
Step 7
Stretch out some cling film, and moisten with some olive oil.
Step 8
Transfer sliced avocado to the cling film and slightly press to spread it. Place about 2tsp of cream cheese mixture and spread. Then add a few salad leaves. Cut king prawn in half lengthwise and place on top of the salad leaves. Now roll it up tightly.
Step 9
Place in fridge to set for a minimum of 2 hours.
Step 10
Unwrap before serving, cut for 5-6 pieces, drizzle with balsamic vinegar, sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy!
