Step 1
1. Thinly slice the meat and brown it
2. Add half of the oinions, and save the other half 3. Season with salt and pepper
4. Squeeze the lime juice over the meat and onion mixture
5. Continue cooking until the meat is cooked through
6. While the meat is cooking, melt the better and fry the corn tortillas for 1 minute until they are soft.
7. Allow them to cool slightly
8. Spoon the meat mixture on the tortillas
9. Top with cilantro, fresh onions and serve with limes.
