Ingredients

3fuji apples
or pink lady apples, 0,5 per flower
230gpuff pastry
6 flowers aprox of 30x7cm sheets
1 tspAppricot jam
per flower
erythritol
Cinammon powder
Lenon juice
so the apples won't burn
Red colorant
optional
Butter
optional for the mold
Instructions
Step 1
1) Preheat the oven at 200° (we're using the LOWER tray).
Step 2
2) Cut the puff pastry 30x7cm aprox per flower.
Step 3
3) Cut the apples in 4 parts, remove the seeds and slice them VERY thin (if they break when you fold them, its too thick).
Step 4
4) place the good apple slices into a bowl with water and lemon juice for 10min. so the apples wont burn in the over. Optional: add food colorant.
Step 5
5) Place apricot jam to the center of the puff pastry sheet.
Step 6
6) Position the apple slices on the top like the video and fold the pastry in half. Then, roll it until you have the rose.
Step 7
7) Place the roses inside cupcake molds so it will not loose the shape in the oven and bake them at 180° for 35-40min.
Step 8
8) When baked, take them out of the oven and let them rest until cooled down. Sprinke a mix or erythritol powder and cinnamon powder over the roses and they're ready to eat! 🌹
