2 tsplemon zest

2 Tbspvegetable oil

2 Tbsplemon juice

185gall-purpose flour
1 tspbaking powder
120mlmilk

Instructions
For the loaf
Step 1
In a large bowl mix the sugar, butter, lemon zest and juice, oil, eggs, flour, baking powder, milk and salt.
Step 2
Smash fresh or frozen berries and add half of the previous mixture.
Step 3
In a rectangle pan alternately pour the regular and the berry mixtures.
Step 4
Bake at 180Β°c for about 45 minutes.
For the glaze
Step 5
Mix the powdered sugar, lemon juice, zest and vanilla paste. Pour it over the loaf once you take it out of the oven. Let cool.
