Ingredients

2 cupsrolled oats
¼ cuphemp seeds
¼ cuppumpkin seeds
½ cupwalnuts
½ cupcashews
¼ cuphazelnuts
¼ cupsunflower seeds
⅓ cupcacao powder
⅓ cupcoconut oil
melted
2 Tbspmaple syrup
⅛ tspsalt
1 Tbspvanilla extract
¼ cupcoconut flakes
½ cupdark chocolate
chopped
To Serve
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (170 C).
Step 2
Roughly chop the nuts and seeds.
Step 3
Add the oats, nuts and seeds, cacao powder, coconut oil, maple syrup, salt and vanilla extract to a bowl. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
Step 4
Spread onto a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Step 5
Allow to cool down to room temperature, and stir in the chocolate and coconut flakes. Enjoy!
