Instructions

Step 1
. Sift the flour onto some greaseproof paper. . Add the water, butter, salt and sugar into a pan and heat until the butter is melted. Once melted bring up to the boil and remove from the heat. . Then remove from the heat and quickly add all of the sifted flour, stir until fully incorporated. . Turn the paste out onto some greaseproof paper and spread so that it cools quicker. . Once cool return into a cold bowl and add the eggs a little at a time until the mix is dropping consistency.
