Instructions
Step 1
Shell shrimp and divine, but the tail keeps on. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Step 2
Heat a grill pan over high heat. Grill the shrimp on both sides.
Step 3
Combine dressing ingredients into a small bowl.
Step 4
In a large bowl, add arugula, and shrimp, pour dressing, and toss.
Step 5
Put them on a plate, and sprinkle feta, walnuts, and sliced basil.
