Macaroni Salad
Mom's macaroni salad. Mom says it's bland. My brother and I think it's our favorite meal. This one is also a big batch recipe.

Instructions
Cook
Step 1
Hard boil 6 eggs

Step 2
Cook and strain the macaroni noodles.

Prep
Step 3
Cut the ham and cheese into 1/3 inch cubes.


Step 4
Peel and dice the hard boiled eggs.

Dressing
Step 5
Whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, and pickle juice.




Combining the pieces
Step 6
Mix 1/2 of the dressing into the macaroni noodles and add the ham, cheese, and eggs. Mix very well (and carefully. This likes to spill out of the pot)







Step 7
Let sit 30+ minutes (preferably in the fridge)
Serving
Step 8
Before serving mix in paprika and the other half of the dressing.
