Instructions
Step 1
This recipe needs two pots begin with: -On medium heat, sauté 1 onion using the extra virgin olive oil until golden
Step 2
-after that add the basmati rice give them a stir for 3-5 minutes than add hot water ( put the chicken stock cube in the water until it dissolves first) every 1 cup of rice needs 1 1/2 cups of water. Put the pan on low heat and set the timer to 15-20 minutes
Step 3
in the second pot, sauté 1 onion than add the minced beef after 5 minutes add salt, cinnamon power and 7 spices powder.
Step 4
in the same pot, after drying up the meats water add the frozen peas and carrots and let it simmer for 10 minutes aside.
Step 5
in a pan, sauté the nuts with vegetable oil or butter raw nuts until golden
Step 6
finally in a large bowl add first the nuts than the minced beef, frozen peas and carrots on top than add you’re rice give them each a good squeeze to achieve a solid shape than fold ur bowl on a plate.
