Step 1
Combine all dry ingredients and whisk together

In separate bowl combine wet ingredients and whisk together

Combine wet into dry and whisk until smooth

Fill heavy bottom pot with oil half way and heat to 360f

Cut cod in desired portions
Step 6
Pat fish dry with paper towel and season with salt and pepper

Submerge fish into batter then gently place in oil making sure to let excess batter drip off before

Fry for 3 to 5 minutes until golden
Step 9
Work in small batches removing them from oil and placing them on a wire rack or paper towel until all prices are fried
