Instructions
Step 1
Mix all your liquid ingredients: the butter, eggs, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract.

Now add your food coloring. I usually use gel food personally, but you can use powdered or liquid food coloring as well.

Don't use too much, even if it looks pink at first it's normal! Adding the dry ingredients will make your mixture more red.

Aside, mix all your dry ingredients together: flour, sugar, baking powder and cocoa powder.

Mix it all together.
Step 6
Now mix your dry ingredients with the liquid ingredients. Remember to strain them well :)

Mix it all together again.

Then divide your preparation in several equal parts for the cooking. Here I used 3 molds because they are very small: about 15cm in diameter. If you are using larger pans, I suggest you to use only 2 molds.

Bake at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes.

In the meantime, you can make the cream by mixing: the whipped cream, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla flavoring.

Now all you have to do is assemble the cake! A layer of cake, a layer of cream, and so on :)

It's ready! Ideally, leave it in the fridge for a few hours before cutting it for a better result :)
