Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 200 C
Step 2
Roll out pastry to an oblong approx 30cm * 25cm
Step 3
Mix together the remaining ingredients
Step 4
Lightly mark the pastry into 3 equal pieces.
Step 5
Spread the filling along the centre 1/3 of the pastry.
Step 6
Cut strips 2.5cm thick along each side at a 45 angle and brush with water.
Step 7
Fold each strip in from alternate sides to give plait effect.
Step 8
Fold top and bottom ends of pastry inwards
Step 9
Brush with milk or egg and bake for 30-35mins
