2 tspginger garlic paste
2 tspGinger pickles
2 tspgreen chili pickle
fresh parsley

Instructions
Marinade
Step 1
In a large bowl add chicken, chili powder, turmeric and garlic and chili salt and mix well

Leave to marinate.
Preparing

Cut onions and bell peppers into thin inch strips
Recipe

Put a large pan or casserole dish on a low heat
Step 5
Add ghee, one onions, bell pepper and garlic ginger paste
Step 6
Stir gently well onions begin to soften well
Step 7
Add all spices whole
Step 8
Chop green chilies and add

Once onions begin to colour add chicken

Fry for 5 minutes stirring

Add rest on ingredients

Stir well for 5 minutes

Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

Serve when chicken is soft and tender with yogurt dip and rice
