150 gramsbutton mushrooms
sliced
½ teaspoondry chillies
crushed
16 sheetsfilo pastery
15cm x 15cm
100 gramsbutter
melted
salt

Instructions
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a wok or large frying pan and fry all the vegetables, chili, and garlic over high heat uncovered for 15 minutes.. stir continuously and season with salt until vegetables are golden and soft, remove to cool with a slotted spoon.
Step 2
While preheating the oven to 180°C/350°F. Brush all the filo sheets with melted butter and stick them together in two's making 8 strong ones. Brush these 8 sheets with more melted butter and share out the mixed vegetables between them, placing them diagonally across each sheet. Start to roll one corner of the filo to the middle then tuck in the sides to encase the filling and continue rolling to create a large roll.
Step 3
Place the prepared rolls on a greased baking sheet and brush with remaining melted butter then sprinkle with pepper.
