2 tablespoonsorange juice
4 tablespoonsred wine
ground black pepper
ground ginger

Instructions
Step 1
Nick the edges of the steak and grease with the oil
Step 2
Mix the sauce ingredients in a jug
Step 3
Grill the steaks and warm the sauce. Drizzle some of the sauce on the steaks whilst grilling.
Step 4
Serve the steaks with the remaining sauce and a sprinkling of cinamon
