Instructions
Step 1
In a saucepan cook asparagus in a small amount of water until crisp tender, about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a medium saucepan melt butter; stir in cornstarch, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Gradually add milk; bring to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly.
Step 4
Reduce heat;add ham, cheese, eggs and asparagus; cook and stir until ham is warmed and cheese is melted.
Step 5
Serve over biscuits
