Instructions

Step 1
Chop the vegetables, bacon, and turkey
Step 2
Add bacon to a hot pan and cook for 3-4 minutes
Step 3
Add bell pepper and onion and cook until the onions are translucent.
Step 4
Add in turkey and mix well.
Step 5
Add in spinach and once wilted add in the egg whites. Season to taste.
Step 6
Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes or until the egg whites are cooked through.
Step 7
Add cheese and fold.
Step 8
