1 CUPWHITE PEPPER
0.5 CUPGarlics
SALT
Beef Bouilion
Maggi
Green Herbs
Leeks
White Part
Onion
parsley
Garlics
Ginger
Vegetable Oil

FISH SIDE/ PEPPER INGREDIENTS

FIRST STEP FOR PREPING FISH & GARNISHING
Step 1
In a Large bowl put in Fish in Tasty Salted Water for 10 mins
Step 2
Blend white Pepper, Garlic, Maggi cubes/ Beef Bouillon and Garnish. Let it sit 15 mins
Step 3
Blend Green Herbs mention above. Boil without water until dry Add Bouillon and Vegetable oil
Step 4
Now use the Green Sauce to add on the fish, rub all over and Garnish
Step 5
Put Oil in a bowl and add bouillon. Use this mix to garnish the fish while it’s roasting from time to time so it doesn’t dry off
PEPPER SIDE/SAUCE
Step 6
Boil Blended HABENERO Pepper Add Carrot and White Pepper When water is dry, add Vegetables Oil and Bouillon/ Or Maggi to taste.
Step 7
Add Vegetables Oil and Maggi at the end only
