Ingredients
3 servings
1 tspcumin
4garlic cloves
minced
1 tspdried oregano
2 tspsalt
1 tspground black pepper
1 tablespoonchili powder
2 tablespoonsolive oil
1 x 7 ozcan of chipotle peppers and Adobe sauce
4 peppers only
Instructions
Step 1
1. Blend spices in a blender with 3/4 cups of water
Step 2
Add 4-6 chicken thigh to a gallon ziplock bag and seal it so that it has no air
Step 3
Marinate overnight or 8 hours
Step 4
Cook on a medium to medium high heat
Step 5
Look for a nice dr pepper char and add salt to chicken while cooking
Step 6
Want a temp of 163 before taking it out and cutting them
Step 7
Cut them length wise and then flip them to cut them into perfect cubes
