Instructions
The Fish
Step 1
Slice the fish into inch wide strips
Step 2
Add all the marinade ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth
Step 3
Pour the marinade and fish into a bowl and ensure all sides are coated, then cover with cling film and leave in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight
The Rest
Step 4
Blend the mint, coriander, garlic, chilli, lime juice, and salt until semi smooth then mix with the yogurt
Step 5
Adjust flavour with more salt and lime juice to your liking
Step 6
Dice up the veggies and coriander and add lemon juice and salt to your liking
Step 7
Cook/warm up the paratha as per instructions
Step 8
Bake the fish in a 240C oven for 6 minutes or a 450C pizza oven for 2 minutes
Step 9
Load onto your tacos
