Place phyllo shells onto a baking sheet and bake at 350° 5 minutes then cool completely In a bowl, combine mascarpone, ricotta, vanilla, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and chocolate chips Spoon into cooled shells(do this right before serving to prevent the shells from getting soggy) Top with chopped pistachios and enjoy immediately.
