Instructions
Step 1
Boil the eggs for 6 minutes to have runny yolks. (in a pot add water and bring to boil. when it boils reduce heat to a quick simmer and add the eggs for 6 mins)
Step 2
Transfer them to a cold water bath (bowl with water and ice)
Step 3
Crack with a knife the whole shell apart by tapping on the egg everywhere. Then put it back in the water for 2 minutes which will let the water penetrate to make it much easier to peel it
Step 4
Add the soy sauce, water, white onions, garlic, red bell pepper, brown sugar, korean chili flakes, and green onions and mix them
Step 5
Add the eggs and let them marinade in the refrigerator for 4 hours
Step 6
Add the rice on top of some sushi rice with a little bit of extra marinade on top and cut the egg open for presentation
Step 7
Pair it up with the steak
