Instructions

Step 1
Bring milk in a pot to a simmer, turn off
Step 2
Whisk yolks and sugar
Step 3
Add a bit of the simmered milk and mix
Step 4
Put yolk/sugar/milk mixture to pot and heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens
Step 5
Cool and refrigerate
