Instructions
Step 1
Wash and trim asparagus. (Simply snap the tough bottom off).
Step 2
Heat oil over medium heat.
Step 3
Add garlic, asparagus, water & white cooking wine.
Step 4
Sauté for 3-4 minutes or till a little tender. (This depends the size of your asparagus. Mine are on the thicker side.)
Step 5
Add salt, black pepper and lemon juice. Cook for 1 more minute, stirring constantly.
Step 6
Serve immediately.
