Step 1
Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl

Heat the water to 125-130°F (~1.5 mins in the microwave) and mix it into the dry ingredients with a rubber spoon until you get a homogeneous mass

Cover with Saran wrap and let sit for at least 3 hours at room temperature
Step 4
Place dough on well floured cutting board and fold over a few times with a scraper
Step 5
Add the dough to a parchment paper lined dutch oven and let sit, covered with a towel, for 35-60 mins at room temperature
Step 6
Preheat oven to 450°F

Remove the towel and place the lid back on the dutch oven and add it to the oven for 30min
Step 8
Bake for another 15-25min without the lid
Step 9
Pull the bread out and let it cool
