Yet another "recipe" I've saved for my own safekeeping. Probably the simplest one yet, and mostly exists for when you're out of ingredients and really crave something with avocado. Requires only a single avocado, a pot of spread cheese, a lime (or a lemon) and some black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1
Cut open and deseed the avocado, pulling the flesh from the skin with a spoon and putting it in a small bowl.
Step 2
Cut the avocado tiny for easier mashing, and add 2-3 tablespoons of the cheese as needed. Flavoured spread cheese kinda makes it better, but plain or light is fine.
Step 3
Add as much black pepper as you'd like (I use plenty), as well as the juice from half a lime or a lemon.
Step 4
Mash it all together and enjoy!
