This is part 1 of a 4-part recipe series with my friends from Yoplait on 4 easy, creative ways to incorporate more yogurt into our diets! For these recipes I'll be using YQ Plain yogurt - it is ultra filtered milk and packed with protein. A 5oz serving has 17g protein and 1g sugar. It's easy to boost the level of protein in recipes, while not adding a significant amount of carbs and fats, with macronutrients like these which make it perfect for my low-carb herb yogurt biscuits. These biscuits are pretty much fail-proof, I've made them so many times and each time they are delicious. You customize these even further by using your choice of herb, spice or seasoning so you can have a new flavor experience every time you make this recipe!
