Instructions
Step 1
In a large frying pan, heat oil and fry chicken livers until browned. Remove and keep warm
Step 2
In the same uncleaned pan fry the onions and garlic until soft
Step 3
Add the livers back into the pan along with the stock, tomato paste and cream.
Step 4
Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes
Step 5
Add the herbs and spinach and simmer for another 3 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from pan and serve with fried eggs
