Instructions

Step 1
Mix 3 eggs, sugar and pumpkin purée together.
Step 2
Sift dry ingredients and gradually add into wet mixture.
Step 3
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and grease with nonstick spray

Pour in batter and spread evenly
Step 5
Bake at 350° F for 15 minutes
Step 6
Immediately flip the cake over onto paper towels and roll with paper towel.
Step 7
Chill for 1 hour
Step 8
Mix all the filling ingredients together and set aside
Step 9
Unroll the cake and spread the filling evenly and roll. Sprinkle with powdered sugar
