Instructions

Tunacado spread

Step 1
Smash the avocado with a fork.
Step 2
Add the other ingredients and mix until well combined.

Fried veggies

Dice the onion.
Step 4
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high and add the onions. Fry for about 2 min until soft.
Step 5
Add the spinach and fry until it has fully shrunk in size. Then season with salt and pepper.

Wrap

Boil the egg for about 8min.
Step 7
To a small bowl add the couscous. Pure over the boiling water. Cover with a plate and let it soak for about 5min.

Slice the tomato and boiled egg.
Step 9
Spread the front center of the tortilla wrap with the Tunacado spread.
Step 10
Top it with the tomato, egg, couscous and the fried veggies.
Step 11
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 12
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
