Instructions
Step 1
Use kitchen roll to pat the tuna dry so that it will sear more evenly and to reduce oil splatter. Lightly brush the tuna with oil, then season.
Step 2
Place the pan on the front right zone. When it beeps, put the fish in the pan. The menu is set to the guided default power level and target temperature but you can adjust them both according to your preference.
Step 3
Turn the tuna over to reach the desired level of browning. Insert the food sensor into the thickest part of the food. The induction hob indicates the core temperature of the food until the target temperature has been reached. The menu is set to the guided default target temperature but you can adjust it according to your preference.
Step 4
The hob will beep when it has reached the desired temperature. You can decide when to finish cooking.
Step 5
After it has been cooked, leave the fish to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving or slicing. Enjoy your meal with a sauce and side dishes.
Step 6
Tap "Send to Cooktop" to start cooking.
