7 steps
Prep:25minCook:10min
I've tried and failed alot of recipes for a Gluten Free batter over the years and this had turned out the most crisp and best tasting I've had yet. I hope you enjoy! You can use this for frying your favorite meat, fish, or even making onion rings!

Instructions
Step 1
Pour Canola Oil for frying into a large pot or skillet and heat on medium high while you prepare the ingredients for frying.
Step 2
In a medium mixing bowl add in all the dry ingredients: Gluten Free all purpose flour, rice flour, baking powder, and seasonings. Whisk together until well blended.

Step 3
Add in the Beer and whisk until you have a smooth batter, if it's too thick you can add 1/4 cup of water at a time or more beer until its more smooth. You don't want your batter too thick and you don't want it too thin.

Step 4
Cut meat or fish into desirable sizes and dry with a paper towel. Place into bowl with flour to coat evenly and pat off the extra flour.
Step 5
Dip coated meat or fish into beer batter and evenly coat. Then place the battered protein into the heated oil for frying until golden brown.
Step 6
Place finished fried pieces onto a plate with paper towel to catch the excess oil and keep the fried pieces crispy.
Step 7
Serve with your favorite sauce, such as tartar sauce or ranch etc. Enoy!
