Instructions

Step 1
Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
Step 2
Add tomatoes, carrots, sausage, and pork and sauté until meat is browned.
Step 3
Add 1 cup water and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Add beans and bay leaves.
Step 5
Add hot sauce to taste.
Step 6
Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Take care not to burn
Step 7
Serve over rice.
