Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven at 170 degrees.
Step 2
In a medium frying pan, heat the oil over a gentle heat, place the onions and bell peppers and cook 2-3 minutes. Then add tomato purée, water and fava beans, smoked paprika and pastrami then simmer on a low heat for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Transfer the mixture into a small oven proof dish, break one egg in the centre and place the dish in the oven. Bake at 170 degrees for 4 minutes or until the egg is at your desired consistency.
Step 4
Serve with a pitta bread cut into batons.
