Roll: Line large cookie sheet with waxed paper grease and flour. Set oven temperature to 375 degrees F. Beat TOGETHER eggs, sugar, pumpkin, and lemon juice. Sift dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture. Spread on waxed paper in pan. Sprinkle well with chopped nuts. Bake 12 to 15 minutes and turn out immediately onto clean dish towel. Remove waxed paper. Roll up lengthwise with towel inside. Let cool.
Step 3
Filling: Beat together margarine and cream cheese, add vanilla and powdered sugar. Beat until fluffy.
Step 4
Unroll cake and remove dish towel. Spread with filling. Re- Roll and refrigerate. Slice in 1/2 inch slices to serve.
