Instructions
Step 1
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag.
Step 2
Seal bag; shake to dissolve sugar.
Step 3
Add salmon to bag.
Step 4
Seal bag, turning to coat salmon.
Step 5
Marinate in refrigerator 1 hour.
Step 6
Preheat grill to high heat.
Step 7
Remove salmon from bag; reserve marinade.
Step 8
Place salmon on grill rack coated with cooking spray.
Step 9
Grill 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
Step 10
Place marinade in a microwave-safe bowl.
Step 11
Microwave at HIGH 1 minute and 30 seconds or until boiling.
Step 12
Serve salmon with sauce.
