Instructions
Step 1
In an oiled pan, sauté the pork for 5 minutes or until mostly cooked
Step 2
Add the ginger and garlic and sauté for 3 minutes
Step 3
Add the doubanjiang, tianmianjiang, xiaoxing wine and sauté for another 3 min
Step 4
Mix the cornstarch and water, then add to the pan. Cook until thickened
Step 5
While the sauce is thickening, boil the noodles according to the package instructions
Step 6
Serve by pouring the sauce on the noodles and adding the vegetables and cilantro
