Super easy non sweet pulled pork.
Instacart got wasn't able to get me a pork roast so I had to figure out what to do with a pork shoulder that isn't sweet.
Tips!
Cut the shoulder into chunks before freezing!
if cooking from frozen, thaw it a little bit so you can cut it and then sear it. (It took 40mins in microwave weight defrost setting)

Instructions
If searing the meat
Step 1
Turn the instant pot to saute for 30mins(you won't need it that long.
Step 2
Coat the pork chunks with oil, then jerk seasoning.
Step 3
Once the IP says hot, put a little oil in the pot and then add your meat, you may need to do in batches
Step 4
Once all meat is seared, add a bit more oil and toss in your onion, garlic, jalapenos and red peppers, get them hot and then add your chicken stock. Make sure to scrap the bottom of the pot, get that fond!
Not searing: Coat the meat in seasoning, toss into the IP with all other ingredients.
Step 5
AIR pressure on high for 1 hour and then let keep warm for 10 mins, then quick release

Use the broiler or air fryer ((400) 5 mins, stir, 5 mins)
