Instructions
Garlic & Herb Crusted Lamb Chops
Step 1
Mix thyme, parsley, creole seasoning and olive oil in a small bowl be sure to mix thoroughly. (You can add more or less depending on the amount of lamb chops)
Step 2
Use a brush to brush on mix onto the lamb chops. Make sure to completely rub mix all over the lamb chops. Set skillet to Medium heat and add in unsalted butter and garlic cloves. Let butter completely melt on one side and add lamb chops on the other side of the skillet.

Medium heat and add in unsalted butter and garlic cloves. Let butter completely melt on one side and add lamb chops on other side.

Allow lamb chops to sear on the skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side. After the second side of the lamb chops being cooked start basting lamb with butter. Flip It over and do the same with each side. Once fully browned and cooked set aside.
Creamy Alfredo W/ Mafaldine Pasta

Boil pasta according to package. For the sauce on medium to slightly high heat add butter and minced garlic to a pan. Allow butter to completely melt then add heavy whipping cream.

Mix thoroughly until there is no more yellow. Add in Parmesan cheese , parsley, pepper, salt, cream cheese, garlic powder, and creole seasoning ( if choose to). Whisk sauce thoroughly and bring to a slow boil.

Simmer sauce for about 5-6 mins when you start to see less bubbles your sauce is ready. Mix in pasta and serve with Lamb chops on top and ENJOY!
