Tagliatelle Chicken & Mushroom Pasta with Cream Sauce
Delicious Chicken & Mushroom Tagliatelle Pasta in a creamy rich sauce with fresh Basil. Serve it with Garlic or Cheesy Bread. A perfect meal for lunch or dinner.

1 ½ TbspSalted Butter
1 Tbspolive oil
4garlic cloves

130 GramsChicken
Diced
2 teaspoonsBlack-Pepper
2 teaspoonssalt
250 GramsMushrooms

70mlChicken Stock
250mldouble cream
60 gramscheddar Cheese
8Basil Leaves

Instructions
Cream Sauce
Step 1
1. Place a pan on the stove and add a dash of oil. Once the oil heats up pour in your garlic and cook until a golden brown then add your chicken.
Step 2
2. Once the chicken is fully cooked on the outside add your sliced mushrooms and wait till mushrooms reduce in size and turn brown.
Step 3
3.Once the mushroom is cooked add the chicken stock and bring to a boil. This should take about 5-10 minute
Step 4
4. Once the chicken stock has been brought to a boil add the double cream and leave to simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 5
5. Then add the cheese and the seasoning if needed. Once the cheese melts add the basil leaves to your sauce and cooked tagliatelle pasta.

Step 6
1. Place a pot on the stove, fill it with hot water then add salt and olive oil or butter.
Step 7
2. Once the water is boiled add in the tagliatelle pasta, if fresh it should stay on for 4 minutes.
Step 8
3.Once cooked take of stove and wash with cold water to stop the cooking process then add pasta to your cream sauce.
