You can use regular sour cream and regular greek yogurt if you would like too. I use light sour cream and almond milk yogurt because that's what I prefer. You can also use white wine vinegar and agave syrup in place of the red wine vinegar and honey. The avocado is optional but adds a nice flavor to the dressing.

Instructions

Step 1
Gather all the ingredients above. Pit and de-shell the avocado. Remove the skin and ends of the shallot and roughly chopped into chunks. Add all ingredients to a blender ( I use my Ninja) and puree until smooth. Store in an Air tight container for up to two weeks.
