Slice cucumbers and place in bowl

Put in salt to draw out the moisture, soak for 15 minutes, pour out any moisture in your container
Step 3
Mix in garlic, onion, green onion, gochugaru, sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds. Gloves or utensil is recommended.
Step 4
Place kimchi into container and refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Leave overnight for best results.
