Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F
Step 1
Line baking sheet with parchement paper; set it aside.
Step 2
In med. bowl, cream butter, cookie butter, brown sugar, & sugar together until smooth & creamy. Add egg & vanilla; mix just until combined.
Step 3
Mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, crushed Biscoff cookies, & salt just until flour mixture disappears. Gently fold in white chocolate chips.
Step 4
Using lg. cookie scooper, scoop out 10 equally-sized cookie dough balls. Place on plate (or baking sheet); freeze (10 min.)
Step 5
Transfer cookie dough balls to prepared baking sheet; bake (11 min.)
Step 6
Once cookies come out of oven, gently press the ½ Biscoff cookie in center. Allow to cool on baking sheet (10 min.) before transferring to cooling rack to cool fully.
Step 7
Enjoy with a cup of cold milk!
