Instructions
Step 1
Press tofu and cube, fry in oil. Once golden, remove and reserve most of the oil, reserving 1 tbs in the pan.
Step 2
Wash and cook rice.
Step 3
In pan, add in garlic, ginger and pepper, let sizzle for a few moments before adding sugar; let melt slightly, then add liquids. Let simmer for a moment, then add slurry of corn starch and water. Let sauce thicken. Add in tofu and toss to coat.
Step 4
Serve over rice and with green beans. Enjoy!
