Step 1
Cook raw chicken on med flame until chicken is no longer pink inside. Then add taco seasoning and a splash of water (1-2tbs). Add cooked spaghetti squash, pepper Jack laughing cow cheese and tomatoes (could use regular laughing cow cheese if you don’t like spice). Sauté until cheese is melted. Top with cheese and let simmer for 3 min to melt.
