Ingredients
2 servings
Peanut Sauce
4 Tbsppeanut butter
2 Tbspwater
1juice of lime
1 Tbsprice vinegar
1 Tbspsoy sauce
¼ tspminced garlic
1 packetsplenda
½ tspred pepper flakes
Wrap Filling
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2
Make the sauce by adding all of the ingredients in a small bowl, stir to combine.
Step 3
Season chicken breast with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Add the ½ of the sauce and the chicken in a Ziploc bag seal to marinate for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Bake 20 minutes. Flip the chicken halfway through for even cooking.
Step 6
Remove the chicken from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Step 7
Cut the chicken into strips.
Step 8
Assemble wraps by laying out the tortilla on a plate or cutting board.
Step 9
Add lettuce, zucchini, carrots, cilantro, green onions, chicken, baby tomatoes, and drizzle sauce on top.
Step 10
Wrap up and enjoy!
